INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES' Safety Department is located in Fairmont, West Virginia with a Safety Director for the Construction, Engineering and Fabrication groups within INDUSTRIAL. The ever growing Safety Department insures that all personnel within each of the companies under the Victory of West Virginia ownership are current with all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations. The Construction and Engineering groups of INDUSTRIAL maintain all applicable Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) training to insure that all personnel are prepared to visit your Coal, Metal, Non-Metal site at any time. The Safety Department has a working relationship with surrounding states to insure that all personnel can readily respond to nearly any situation in any state as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, all applicable OSHA standards are maintained within our fabrication facility. Multiple programs are maintained to insure ongoing safety at all projects:
INDUSTRIALS' Safety Department regularly visits active construction sites to insure that we are compliant with all Federal and State Regulations. Site equipment and machinery is regularly inspected by the Safety Department and the maintenance personnel to insure safe and efficient operation. All applicable personnel maintain the appropriate licensing required for each individual state. INDUSTRIAL strives to train new and experienced personnel to insure that the most current safety practices are part of the everyday construction activities.
The Safety Department insures environmental and safety compliance of all personnel working in the Fairmont Fabrication Facility. Personnel fabricate, paint and prepare for the shipment of structural steel and plate work throughout the United States and various ports for exportation. All fabricated materials and shipments are loaded in compliance with criteria set forth by the Department of Transportation (DOT). The safety of our employees and our community is our number one priority.
