   Industrial Resources Inc. of Fairmont WV, and HyCap Energy LLC of 
Gillette, WY have entered into a cooperative agreement to Market, Manufacture, Install 
and Maintain the HyCap Energy Fugitive HydroCarbon Emissions Technology  east of the 
Mississippi River.  The HyCap Energy Fugitive Emissions Technology is designed to 
capture natural Methane gas that escapes from coal-bed methane and other wells 
creating a Green House gas emission.
Industrial Resources Inc, with over 60 years of service to the Coal and Gas Industry as a 
Design Manufacture Build contractor is positioned to provide this one of a kind 
environmentally responsible service to the regions coal and gas producers.
HyCap Energy LLC is currently testing over 1,800 coal-bed methane wells and 
connecting water discharge lines near Gillette, WY for escaping natural gas.  Testing in 
the Powder River Basin of Wyoming has led to the installation of a HyCap capture device 
that is successfully capturing natural gas from the water discharge line and placing that 
gas into the production stream.  Capturing the natural gas immediately has improved 
field operations and reduced operating costs, as well as improving product flow.
In some cases installation of the HyCap Energy Devices will improve resource recovery 
by 45% beyond the historical production of the well.  Average improvements are closer 
to 10%.  These potentials make the HyCap solution one of the few environmental 
solutions that also provide a positive return to producers and investors without 
governmental assistance.
