INDUSTRIAL’s creative engineering staff tailors each individual installation to the particular requirements of the customer. INDUSTRIAL utilizes extensive computer aided drafting in our engineering group to meet the specialized needs of our customers. The following is a brief outline of INDUSTRIAL’s Engineering Staff:

Engineering Manager -- Boyd Rankin is our Engineering Manager having 20 years experience in layout and design of conveyance systems for bulk material handling and has expertise in the mechanical engineering areas.

Manager of Processes -- Roger Nesselrotte is our Manager of Preparation having 28 years experience in layout, design and start-up of material handling, coal preparation and related installations.

Process Engineers and Designers -- Experience ranges from 5 to 30 years with a combined experience of more than 200 years. Note: These persons also serve as Project Engineers and perform field service and start-up engineering.

Designers and Draftspersons -- Experience ranges from 2 to 10 years in mineral processing facilities and handling systems.

Detailers -- The majority of all detail engineering is performed by companies who work full-time under the supervision of INDUSTRIAL and their experience and supply is unlimited.
